EpoxiShield Powder Coat with Epoxy Primer
Our all-new EpoxiShield Powder Coat System features a zinc epoxy based primer with ultra durable polyester top coat, engineered to provide best-in-class color and gloss retention, edge coverage, and mar and scratch resistance for years to come.
Welded bulkhead (41” off deck) with plasma cut “easy view” window grill
Stronger, more durable and integrated into the bed.
Heavy-duty welded bulkhead
Provides extra strength and security. It has less flexibility in the deck, making your hauls more secure.
4″ structural steel channel frame rails
Because we don’t use roll-formed runners, our structural 4″ channel frame rails are stronger and more durable than any on the market. They also prevent any rusting from the interior of the tube.
Formed side rails with stake pockets
These accommodate your straps and give you multiple tie-down points throughout your hauling jobs.
1/8″ steel treadplate deck
This strong and long-lasting deck is designed for heavy-duty work, withstanding the rigorous work conditions that our bodies are placed under. Compare to other bodies on the market, which use 11-gauge and 13-gauge floors.
1/8” steel formed sides and rear
CM provides you with stronger, more durable, and thicker formed sides and rear that are better than the rest.
3” steel roll-formed 3/16” channel crossmembers on 12” centers
These are the toughest and most durable work truck subframes.
Modular sealed wiring harness
Our modular sealed wiring harnesses are resistant to corrosion, deterioration and pulling apart, meaning they can withstand the harshest conditions.
LED recessed rubber mounted clearance lights
CM’s lights are brighter and use less power than conventional incandescent lights, so your rubber mounted clearance lights will be easily seen and recognized.
LED DOT required lighting (clearance and marker lights)
When you are backing up, turning, or hitting your brakes along the road, our LED lights will make your truck bed stand out more.
Available Options
Wood Flooring
Lumber is the most economical and affordable decking solution for end users, and provides a durable, yet easy-to-replace decking option, while still maintaining an entry-level price point. CM Truck Beds uses 2″ pine wood flooring.
Blackwood Flooring
Blackwood decking uses an innovative rubber-infused lumber to provide improved durability, stain-resistance and traction, even in wet conditions. With the tactile surface of Blackwood, your cargo is less likely to shift in transit. The industrial-grade rubber used in Blackwood is the same material used at gun ranges to absorb bullets — so you know it’s tough!
Rumber Wood Flooring
Rumber wood is environmentally friendly, stronger than other composites, and impervious to fluids, mud, oil and UV rays. Rumber boards will not crack, rot or split and they have a traction surface that increases safety. They can be cut with a saw, are easily installed, and are easy to clean.
3/16″ Deck
CM’s best-in-class 3/16” deck is a heavier duty deck that allows users to haul more weight. Providing higher weight capacity, this available option has the best quality results for your serious hauls.
Cargo Light
This option provides truck bed lighting so users can see their tools and equipment on the deck. When your oilfield or construction job runs long into the night, trust in CM Truck Beds.
Stake Sides
Our stake side option give users the security, for their cargo and equipment that they need. CM’s stake sides keeps cargo and equipment from sliding off the deck.
Front Underbody Toolbox
CM offers a durable, quality front underbody toolbox to help with all your hauling needs. This option offers a sense of storage and security when you’re on the road with your CM Truck Bed.
Color Primer Only
CM’s color primer option is a great way to keep your hauler body in good shape and in style. Our primer will prevent rust and corrosion developing on your truck body and give customers a peace of mind to travel off-road or on untreated roads.
