We apologize that you are having an issue with your CM truck bed. While we recognize any issue you are having with our products can be frustrating, we are succinctly focused on rectifying the issue you are having with your truck body. There are several steps that must be taken in order for you to have a timely rectification of your CM Truck Beds warranty.
Please see below the steps that should be taken to ensure a timely repair through one of our authorized distributors.
- You must register your truck body no later than 30 days following the purchase of your new CM truck bed. If you truck body is not registered within 30 days- all express warranties contained in our limited warranty shall be null and void except as prohibited by law.
- The warranty is only good for the original owner of our truck bodies. Truck body warranties are non-transferable.
- Within 30 days of discovering an issue with your truck bed, we would ask that you transport your bed to your nearest distributor or contact our warranty department with photos detailing the issues you are experiencing. Contact information is listed below in the warranty contact section of this page.
- The truck bed must be used and maintained in accordance with good industry practice in addition to the recommendations of CM Truck Beds as described in our owner’s manual on this website.
