Our zinc epoxy based primer system with a super durable polyester top coat creates a stronger bond to the metal, creating less permeability for the coating—where air, water, and salt cannot penetrate the metal so quickly.

Rugged Polyester Top Coat

This stage of our paint process adds increased mar and scratch resistance and is designed for excellent color and gloss retention over 5 years.

Excellent Edge Coverage

This system provides excellent substrate adhesion when curing to bond around metal edges, welds, and corners—providing best-in-class edge coverage. And if those vulnerable areas do get scratched or nicked, built-in self-sealing protection works to defend against corrosion before it can take hold.

Adhesion Testing with Cross Hatch

Our team checks coating adhesion using a cross hatch pattern to confirm that the finish bonds tightly to the steel, reducing the risk of flaking, chipping, or peeling in the field.
